Experienced, professional support is a must in order to assure success.  To help your transition -- we place staff on site the first days you use your new MOSES software.

• On-site support - We will be in your office to answer questions and to reinforce the training.

• Managing change -- Sometimes people are adverse to change and may experience stress in a new situation, especially with computers. Therefore, we are very patient and answer every question for all users.

• Staying the course -- We stay on site and work closely with your staff until all users gain confidence to use MOSES on their own.
