►Audit Trails
Every financial entry is tracked
Every financial entry is tracked
- Each day every user generates a workfile.
- Each user then compares their workfile with their daily paper work.
- Each financial entry is stamped with the User ID, allowing tracking of every dollar
When any demographic or financial information is modified, an entry in a demographic/financial audit trail is made indicating the User ID and exactly what values were changed, plus the date and time they were changed.
Scheduling modifications- Each time a schedule record is modified, an entry in the scheduling audit trail is recorded.
- User ID and each bit of modified data is time- and date-stamped.
- Audit trailing is especially useful when combined with a very flexible search and report tool.
- MOSES allows you to search on any value or combination of values.
- Search results can be printed in a user-friendly and easy to read format.
- Users can not prevent themselves from being audit trailed.
- Users are prevented from viewing their own audit trail
- All deleted data is audit trailed.
- If data is lost, the audit trail will indicate when it was deleted and provide the User ID of who deleted it.
- Once the deleted trail is found, the correct backup tape can be identified. MOSES can then retrieve any piece of data from the back up tape and insert it into the production database.
