History
Dr. Hasenhuettl holds undergraduate degrees and a doctorate in organic chemistry. He has twenty-five years of experience in food ingredients and the packaged foods industry. He has also developed functional ingredients for the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries.
Dr. Hasenhuettl also has earned an M.B.A. in Technology Management and has experience in strategic planning, industry structure analysis, and dynamics of the industrial innovation process.
He is a co-editor of Food Emulsifiers and their Applications, 2nd Ed, published by Springer. He has also written a number of book chapters, technical papers, and several patents. Cheetahtech International is a dynamic organization that links to other experts for referrals and joint projects.
